Scheduling is easy. Someone always answers the phone when I call and the wait time is short. Psych services are good. Would recommend.

I would not recommend this practice. While I enjoyed the provider I worked with, working with their billing department has been a nightmare. Claims have not been filed properly with my insurance and after multiple calls, my card was manually charged almost $400 and there is a chance I could be charged another $200+. When I spoke to one of their team members, they acknowledged this was an error on their end but there was a chance I would not be refunded and instead given a credit. I have suspended my sessions which is a shame, I will most likely have to go somewhere else. The stress from the surprise bills and the time it takes to connect to anyone (over a half hour each time) is not worth it.

After I was referred by compsych I was matched with Leslie Shepard. Our first meeting she was kind of depressing. I know she refuses to do office visits and that seems to be because she doesnt really go outside or move at all. She essentially scheduled me for a tentative time then when I couldnt make it, like I initially told her I might not, she charged me personally for a no show. Terrible budget therapy.

I have been seeing Kelly King regularly for about two months now. And I'm so impressed with the amount of progress that I have made since then. She is incredible at helping me talk through things and come to my own conclusions, as well as pointing things out that theres no way I could have recognized on my own. No topics are off limits and no conversation feels uncomfortable. I have recommended her to my friends and family and will continue to do so.

Kelly King has been absolutely integral to providing my wife and I the tools necessary to combat the stress and anxiety that life, work, and the pandemic has added. As first time therapy goers, Kelly was able to make that initial hurdle less difficult. Kelly has been extremely flexible at working with our schedule and is able to give us the space to talk through our troubles. I am confident in saying that our mental well-being would be nowhere near where it is without her help and support. Highly recommend her and the business especially during this time of high anxiety and stress.
