Fusion Academy Plano

Our family LOVES Fusion! Our daughter began attending Fusion Academy in Plano her freshman year of high school. At that time her classroom anxiety was so high that we homeschooled for a year. She was behind in academics and we didnt know how to catch her up. The teachers at Fusion gave her so much support and encouragement and had her caught up within a semester. The individual attention each student gets is such an amazing, and rare, gift! The Homework Cafe, where the students do their homework on campus with tutors available, has made school so much easier! Her homework is done before she gets home. The administration and teachers at Fusion are the students biggest cheerleaders and have given my daughter so much more confidence! And it is a fun place to be! The friends she has made and the activities they offer are just wonderful! They even provide opportunities for parents to connect and have speakers come to educate parents on navigating raising a teenager. The daily updates from teachers keep us informed on her progress. Each teacher takes time daily to report what they did in class and how our daughter participated. Thats one of our favorite things about this school! My daughter is now a junior and is thriving in school because of the amazing group at Fusion! They are starting prep work for college- something we never thought she would be interested in. They strive to get the kids academically and emotionally ready for college! The traditional school model doesnt work for every child. I am SO thankful that Fusion exists because it is such a perfect alternative to traditional school. I would not have my daughter anywhere else! Fusion Academy Plano has been a Godsend for our daughter and us!

Fusion has changed our lives for the better. My daughter is getting individual help from her teachers, who are encouraging and supportive. No complaints of anxiety and stomach aches when having to go to school. Fusion has classes for parents and a great family feeling. I recommend this school.

Wonderful experience. Excellent staff that really care about your child's learning. We are grateful that Fusion was able to remediate how FISD failed and retained our child with learning differences and an IEP.

I bought a number of lessons for my kids enrichment. The teacher was great but the school policy regarding rescheduling is just not appropriate in times of Covid and I lost money because they refused to reschedule when we tested positive. If you are planning on purchasing lessons and you pre pay a lot you need to be aware that no matter what happens they will not reschedule lessons and if you cant make it you lose...Even if you reached out enough time prior to your visit.

FUSION SUCCEEDS WHERE OTHER SCHOOLS FAIL! Prior to Fusion, my son had attended numerous schools (public, private, charter, and military!) and struggled at each. Although he is very bright, his ADHD and anxiety represented challenges that other schools were not willing or able to address. When we found Fusion, we had hope again. At Fusion, the teachers, administrators, and staff members all genuinely care about the personal and academic success of the students. They create a supportive environment that, when combined with individualized instruction, restored my son's confidence and love of learning. We are so grateful to Fusion and especially to the many incredible teachers whose patience, encouragement, and professionalism have made it possible for my son to graduate from high school.
