We absolutely love this daycare! My son has been going here for a year and a half, and every teacher has treated him with so much love and care. My son has some nut allergies, eczema, and he's just plain accident prone (aren't all toddlers though? haha), and the staff here are so wonderful about letting me know of any issues right away. I'm happy to entrust my little guy to this daycare everyday, and he's happy to run into his classroom and get to playing!

If your kid is special (speech delay, autism). It is not the right place for your kid. The teachers are not trained in this situation. If your kid is sick, they will wait until the end of the day and will call you to pick them up due to the policy for your kid to stay at home for 24 hrs. Which is why they call you late because your kid will stay home for the next day. One of the teacher named Linda disliked my kid for the whole time. She breathes loudly and fuses when I drop my kid in the morning. Pretty much she wanted my kid to get kicked out of the school since he has speech delay. She writes report every day telling us he did this or that. There is no empathy in her. My son is uncomfortable when he sees her. He hides behind my back and scared to let me go, he couldn't say anything due to his speech. Ill say most of them they took this advantage on him to not care my son like other kids. A lot happened which we tolerated as a family due to the circumstances in our life that time. Thank God we put our kid in another school and he likes it so far. We believed faith based education was essential at the beginning but this people are far from the purpose of faith based education. Additionally, they close the school several Fridays through out the year. There reason is staff meeting, service and so on. Imagine how much money you are wasting. All they do is giving you incident paper and parent meeting and kick your kid out of school. We put our kid in another school before they tell us they cant take him anymore. The speech therapist were dropping by the school to help our son and we did different therapy schools and the therapy schools drop our son to lionheart. None of the speech therapy school have said negative things about our kid. Our kid was uncomfortable only in this school specially with Linda. I can say a lot about this school but I prefer not. Take your kiddos to another school, save your money and your time. If there was a zero star, I would have rate them zero.

Love Lionheart! My son wakes up happy every morning and shouts today Im going to go to school!! The staff is kind and considerate, and my son knows all of their names and they know his. I love the fact that I can follow along in their app to see pictures of what my son and his friends are up to as the day goes on . Fun fact: my son lists all the Bible verses he has learned before he goes to bed. Way to go Lionheart!

Lionheart is great! Our son loves it, the staff is super friendly and engaged. What we really like about it, is that they try to instill biblical principles to children at an early age and that's important to us. Our son is three years old, already knows Bible verses and he looks forward to going to school everyday.

Hi Avery - thank you so much for your glowing review! As a fellow mom of an allergy kiddo, I know the extra level of trust you have to have to leave your child, and we are so thankful that we have earned yours! We are so glad to hear how much your son enjoys Lionheart, and we are glad to have your family as part of the Lionheart family!

Yordi – we were surprised to read your review after the kind email we received from your husband when you decided to withdraw your son. We are very sorry to learn of your frustration with certain teachers as this did not come up in the conversations we had. You were correct in saying that we weren’t equipped to provide the type of care that your son needs. For the safety of other students and teachers, we had to address inappropriate behaviors, which we did both through incident reports and multiple meetings with your family. We were glad to hear that he will be transitioning to a more specialized, therapy-based program to help his immediate needs as we love your son and want him to have all the support he needs to succeed and thrive, even if we can’t offer that. We sincerely wish you and your family all the best!

Rania – we are sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. I reached out to our academy leaders to learn more about the situation. The first of the year is a time of transition and movement in many of our classrooms, so when you called, they were not sure if they would have any spots available. Prior to your tour – and due to both movement and new enrollees – all spaces in the class your twins would have been in filled up. We do operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and without paying a registration fee or authorization from CCA, we cannot hold a spot. I understand this was frustrating, and we are sorry if communication about availability was unclear. Clear communication with parents is of paramount importance to us, so we will use your feedback to help ensure we are always providing courteous and accurate information.
