        Mike Pack did a great job for us on our kitchen sink leak water leak. He accurately assessed the problem and gave us options. He also got in touch with Dry Force and they immediately came out and started work on our water damage issues. Mike came back to install the new faucet system and added extra Sevice line to make sure the stress on the service line would not cause the same thing to happen again. Great Sevice in a friendly and professional manner. We will be using Mike and the team at Benjamin Franklin for all of our plumbing needs. Yea team!

        I'd like to express my appreciation to Joe Molina who spent a long day in a difficult search for a mysterious leak dripping through the first floor ceiling of our home two days before we were to host 11 visitors. Joe remained good natured and carefully thoughtful through the baffling investigation. He finally found the source of the leak and completed a difficult technically challenging repair for which we are grateful. High praise for a very experienced and competent plumber. Thank you.
