        I appreciated Brian's tenacity in trying to correct an issue with my tankless hot water heater. It is nice to do business with a company that cares about their customers.

        Our tankless electric water heater stopped working. The OTHER companies: I had two OTHER Plumbing Companies come out to try to resolve the issue. Neither could resolve the issue and did not have skills to install a new tankless electric. They even recommended I go back to a tanked water heater! ENTER CLASSIC PLUMBING: The water heater manufacturer recommended I reach out to Classic Plumbing. Jeff B, service tech, came out and was able to resolve my issue on the first visit. He was extremely knowledgeable, performed excellent work, and left the area nicer than he found it. His technical expertise and customer service (nice human!) were outstanding. We will be calling Classic for all our future plumbing needs! Thank you Jeff B. and Classic!

        Emergency shut off of gas by Atmos last night Classic Plumbing called back at 9 PM, had plumbers here at before 9 oclock and did a great professional job. Before 2pm Im calling Atmos to get the gas turned back on. I would definitely call these guys back for any plumbing needs. Very impressive service.
