Staggs Plumbing was probably the best choice I made when water suddenly appeared in my bathroom , bedrooms , and hallway. They came out quickly, located the blockage, and explained why the blockage occurred. They were able to fix the blockage quickly and provided me a quote for preventing the problem occurring again. After confirming coverage with my insurance for repairing the cast iron plumbing, their crew came out quickly and trenched underneath the house to begin repairs. I was shocked how quickly they were able to dig 36 trench. April worked with me on making payments, understanding that insurance isnt always the quickest with sending out checks. Shortly after trenching was completed, Reece and Austin with Staggs Plumbing came back out and began the needed repairs. They replaced the cast iron and poorly PVC patchwork completed by another company (work that had been done before I purchased the house). During the process they kept me informed about things they found out; including, some previous work that clearly was not to code (who uses Great Stuff spray foam when doing PVC repairs). Reece and Austin were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond my expectations. I called Matt to come out and install a new toilet in my half bath. He gave me a quote of $200-250 unless there was a problem at worst total would be $300.00. After removing the old toilet, he found the flange was broken and had to replace it. He charged me $450.00 I had to call him back out to fix it again because it was rocking and he did come back out. It is still rocking after calling and texting him I still haven't heard back. This should have been fixed one time and should have done right the first time.

We had an exterior pipe bust yesterday and they came out within an hour and fixed it. The plumber was great and fixed it incredibly quick. Ill be recommending Staggs to all my friends and neighbors!
