Oh boy.. where do I even start with describing Laurens talent and thanking her for capturing milestone events for my family. Lauren is pure magic! Shes knowledgeable, easy going, communicative, friendly and creates a safe space to make the sessions natural and comfortable. When looking for a photographer, I wanted someone who could partner with me for three sessions (Lauren was generous with her time and partnered with me and my family on four sessions) - maternity, baby shower (she made an exception for this event), in home new born and extended family (also an exception). All the sessions were so incredibly easy to set up. Lauren is a thorough professional and knows her availability on the back of her hand. It was so darn easy to coordinate locations, times and dates with her, every single time. Lauren arrived at each location prior to our shoot time and scouted out the place for lighting, background etc. When she says she literally just wants you to show up and have fun - she means it. She was also incredibly patient. Not only did we arrive 20 mins late to one session but we also needed to take breaks with the kids during our extended family shoot, and not once did Lauren make us feel hurried or like we were running out of time. Lauren has ideas to offer which are always AMAZING (and I highly recommend you take her up on them) but gives you lots of room to guide her on what youre looking for. Each session was unique but familiar. From the first maternity session, Lauren set the most relaxing tone and environment. She was also very helpful in deciding clothes/colors/jewelry. The sessions were unique because none of our pictures from any of the sessions are the same but familiar because the aesthetic (and I am OBSESSED with it!) was consistent. Lauren underpromises and over delivers! Give her the freedom to do what she does best and youll be so thankful you found her. I know Ive found THE one with Lauren and Im excited to partner with her over the years to capture my growing family. Lauren - thank you for EVERYTHING and you can never move from the DFW area. Lauren was amazing to work with! She made us feel comfortable and did a perfect job capturing the candid moments. She made great use of our time and was so efficient at creating sweet photo opportunities with our newborn. You wont regret trusting Lauren with your forever photos!!

Lauren was absolutely amazing to work with! Im a young, single mom so I was never able to afford to get proper maternity or newborn pictures and when I told Lauren that, she made sure to make my session even more memorable. She was so patient with my 16 month old daughter who had her own agenda and captured the most beautiful shots of us together! I wanted candid pictures of my daughter and I and Lauren exceeded my expectations. Every shot truly represents how my daughter and I are with each other day to day. Everyone I show our pictures to immediately becomes obsessed and ask for Laurens name/information! These are pictures Ill cherish forever and Ill definitely be contacting Lauren again for all my future picture needs!

Lauren is great!!! I wanted a photo session at our home to capture sweet memories of our family. Lauren was relaxed and easy to work with, and produced beautiful candid photos that we will forever cherish. No awkward or stiff poses, only genuine expressions of love were captured.

Lauren took our deposit and funds for family fall photos and then went completely radio silent. She did not answer my calls, emails or social media messages trying to get a hold of her weeks and days ahead of our session despite her contract stating wed be in touch 7-10 days ahead of our session with details on the session, guidance on preparing, etc. She was completely unreachable. She emailed me in a group email with other clients the day before our session (as in 24 hours notice) with the location. Because of her unprofessionalism and complete lack of response for weeks, we felt we had no other option but to book another photographer. To have a professional totally blow off a family who had paid to take newborn fall photos ahead of the holidays is beyond me. We never received an acknowledgment of my attempts to get in touch with her on any platform or response to my inquiry for a refund. In fact, she deleted my comment on her most recent Instagram post simply trying to get in touch with her. So, my family and I were out family photos for our holiday cards as well as $350. Lesson learned - dont make the same mistake we did. Hope Lauren enjoyed the easy $350 she got from our family, around the holidays no less! Very disappointing.
