Walmart Pharmacy

I wish this wasnt the Walmart closes to my house because every time I call , the techs are rude and try to rush me off the phone without resolving my issues with my prescription .The customer service is horrible and Im not sure if its due to language barrier . I absolutely hate going to this Walmart !

Hello, I would like to make a report about Spark Driver App drivers. I understand that many of those who are at Walmart #2883 are using fake accounts in the app. These people have up to 2 phones with fake accounts, taking orders from people. who do have a legal account in the app... they should request ID to deliver an order, both pick up orders and shopping orders (within Walmart) to verify that they are legitimate owners of the accounts they use.

The pharmacy has incredible customer service. I love when you call they say how can I care for you. Also Melby in the pharmacy was extremely helpful with my needs

For some weird reason, I dont see my previous review so Im leaving another one, simply because they deserve it! I am leaving this review to speak to how absolutely incredible this pharmacy is! Prior to 2018, I had never been sick and the only hospital stay Id ever had was to give birth my one and only son. Well, in Nov of 2018, I got very sick and was in and out of the hospital, and while doctors had no answers, I was released with several prescriptions. It is almost 5 years later and Im still a customer of this pharmacy. Since I have been patronizing this pharmacy, I have had nothing but great experiences (and my meds are refilled on a monthly basis). Ms. Cheryl Gibson and Mr. Jimmy are indubitably some of the most professional, reliable and consistent, focused and detail-oriented pharmacists Ive ever worked with. Their impeccable leadership and their ability to consistently deliver in a spirit of excellence trickles down to their pharmacy techs. They are thorough in their approach when explaining dosage and side effects of meds and they are also effective in answering questions about other over the counter meds. I notice that someone spoke to the long lines that they may encounter from time to time, but please consider that this community has grown astronomically over the last few years and Im sure that the volume of their service demand far exceeds the amount of support staff available. Besides, Im ok with them taking a few extra minutes to ensure excellence. Id take inconvenience over accuracy any day. I will be a customer of this pharmacy for as long as Ms. Gibson and Mr. Jimmy are here!
