We always head to Sherwin-Williams in Plano for our painting needs and they've earned a full 5 stars from us! This store has it all. I will never go back to this store again. The person working here on Tuesday evening was not helpful at all, to say the least. This particular person is clearly unaware of what good customer service means. I now understand why this store is pretty empty whereas the one on independence and spring creek is always busy ( the people here are so considerate, and they will take time to answer all your questions ). He did not even have the decency to let me know that the store will be closing in just 5 mins when I told him that I will go home and get the color sample and will be back in a few mins. When I went back to the store it was 6:04 pm and he told me to come back the next day. The least he could have done is to tell me that the store closes in few mins. That would have saved my trip. I should have looked online when the store closes, but he could have shown some decency and told me about it because he was completely aware of it. I will definitely not come back to this store again. Horrible experience
