Im continuing to try to get in contact with the billing department to get my account taken care of. I have called at least 3 times and left voicemails in the past few weeks and have not gotten a call back, and they never pick up the phone. This is ridiculous. And this is the second time its happening too.

You see the front desk when you walk in. However, nobody say hi or hello to you. Two very old receptionists, named Camille and Amy, very rude and mean. I suspected they have dementia and hearing problem. How could you hire incompetent people to be your receptionists?

One out of ten don't recommend. I was supposedly supposed to have surgery done with Dr. Duffy last year, however they ghosted me. I have unretuned emails and left voicemail that went unanswered. I was told they were submitting to insurance for prior authorization when I left the office and they didn't even bother to do that. Just flat out ghosted me. So imagine my surprise when I receive an email today wanting a payment from last year? For WHAT?

Dr. Guyer and all of TBI gave me my life back. If you have any reservations just go see them. It's worth the trip for the best in the nation.for ADR. I had L5/4 and L5/S1 replaced and living my best life.

Before seeking care at Texas Back Institute (TBI), Id been treated by other big-name orthopedic practices for my back injuries. Id sadly found at these previous providers that unless youre an actual Texas Ranger or Dallas Cowboy, then their reputations may be lost on you. When I first committed to visiting Texas Back Institute, I expected a hard sell on surgery. This was not the case. My physician at TBI, Dr. Rey Bosita, emphasized conservative and preventative care, and would only propose surgery as a last resort. Unfortunately, I had spinal cord compression and surgery would prove to be my only sustainable option. I cannot recommend Dr. Bosita highly enough, he is an outstanding physician and Im beyond thankful for his dedication to the care and recovery of his patients.
