Bought my glasses there 2 years ago, thought they would treat their customer well. Had a spot on one eye glass. Needed to replace one eyeglass that they already had prescription for. I was expecting a bill for $50 to $100, was shocked when they asked for $225 for one eyeglass. I knew I was getting ripped off. Went to Costco and got prescription for $60, 2 eyeglasses for $135 and new frame for $55, total of $234. Legacy will lose all my future business and shame on them for trying to screw a previous client.

Bad customer service My daughter frame broke just month after picked up came with one year warranty Keep promising me but never replaced Front desk ladies can not remember anything after picked up my wife glasses they were texting me that you forgot to pick up your wife glasses

I have been a patient at Legacy Vision since 2014. They are so kind and efficient. I love their staff so much!. They always go out of their way to make sure I have my contacts so fast. I am the worlds worst at ordering them, and theyre always ready to hand me a sample with a smile if I ever have to wait for mine to come in. They always remember to ask about my babies, and always welcome us in and make us feel valued. In addition to that, Dr. Kirkland is very knowledgeable and gives superb service to us every time we walk in the door. We love Legacy Vision! Thanks for an amazing 6 years
