Dr Sashi Alloju is amazing. Had both my eyes operated on and I trust him. Very friendly staff and Pooja Alloju has been exceptional in recommending and getting the perfect contact lens.

Dr. Shashi Alloju was very patient while listening to the problems and gave us the clear detailed plan of action for the problem. We are very happy that he is our doctor.

I was told to see Shashi Alloju for my yearly eye exam, but when I arrived they had no appointment for me in their system (appointment was made 3 days prior) so I had to see Pooja. I've never had to pay for an eye exam with my eye insurance but they told me I had a $60 copay. Despite telling both the assistant and the doctor I was having trouble seeing at times, they still didn't run specific tests (ie- check peripheral vision). I will never go back there and still fighting with them to refund my copay because my vision insurance is telling me I shouldn't have paid anything.

I have been going to Dr. Alloju for over 5 years now, and I can truly say he is one of the best doctors in Frisco and now that Dr. Rafi has join his team who does my infraction she has brought her awesome expertise to the table. Unfortunately, today June 14, I called the office to make my refraction appointment and I had the worst encountered ever with a receptionist name Renee. The way I was talked to with such unprofessionalism was bothersome as I have NEVER had this experience with this office. All clerks have been very nice and kind. I am sure that the discussion we were having was a mistake on the office part which may happen from time to time but until the mistake has been verified by both the patient and doctor there is no need for such discord coming from a clerk. The tone she use to talk to a patient was unbelievable. I couldn't believe I was experiencing this from Dr Alloju office. I called with respect and I expect to be addressed accordingly. I have ask for a call back from Manager Kathie and have left a message for Dr. Alloju. Once I receive their response I will update my review. My one star has nothing to do with the doctors but what I encounter from the clerk. Update: I receivd an response from Kathie the manager who was very kind and apologetic who took my complaint very seriously. As we both agreed Dr. Alloju is one of the best in Frisco and his office always represent kindness. I recommend highly and back to 5 stars.
