Staff and doctors were amazing. Went when my son started having eye issues after hitting his head. The staff was very informative about our situation. They are easy to schedule appointments with in a timely manner.

I had a great experience. I waited no more than 5 minutes after I arrived to get called in. The Dr. was really patient and friendly despite my 2 year old toddler not wanting to fully cooperate. He also explained what he was doing throughout the process which is a plus that not all doctors do.

I am giving them 3 stars because the wait time was beyond what I expected; please plan on waiting in their office for a while. The doctor was okay, no issue on that side, but it may not be worth waiting, so you may go there if you are OK to wait.

Hit us with all these surprise charges a month later by mail. Than they are difficult to get a hold of (they have no voicemail). If you go in to any business, and pay for a service. How can they come up with surprise charges that you never agreed to, and mail them to you a month later? Shady business practices. Avoid unless you want the choice of paying surprise fees that emerge by mail a month later or have your credit rating to drop a little.

never buy glasses from here. BEWARE We were tricked into buying glasses for my toddler as they told us they have a great discount option and practically showed us that they could drop the price to 50% of the original . Its our first time so we went ahead and ordered 2 pair of glasses both of different types. When the glasses arrived one of them had scratches and other did not fit well . This is what I was told by Julie 1. Its just $200 glasses get another pair there is nothing we can do about it 2. The sample that they gave us for trial and the final product is not the same but they just dont accept it 3. My child has been trying hard to get adjusted to a pair of glasses that dont fit him well and leave a mark just by wearing them for 5 mins. he is too young to express his concern but as a parent I see the problem however Julie refuses to agree and says glasses generally fit above your eye brow . So please save your child the trouble and save your money dont get tricked like us .
