super extremely unsanitary, just asked her to take off the dip powder and she was trying to charge me 20 thinking i wanted a manicure, she cut off my nails when i said not to , she was burning off my nail with the nail drill machine. i was in pain i had to stop her after that because she started using a cuticle scoop that was super dirty, she didnt wear gloves either, i left with my nails looking horrible but its better than going through whatever she was trying to do to me.

Went at 4:27 pm to get my nails done..lady didn't speak but looked at me and said she couldn't do my nails but not the other person of a different race behind me. she wasn't going to turn her around until i said something!..she came all the way out the door to address her...probably called her back in.......-100 stars for me
