        My fake nails broke after about 3 days. When I told him that, he said it was my fault. A really bad store Customers are free to write reviews, but I was also complained about them.

        My sister and aunt and I walked into this place of business requesting 2 pedicures. We figured there would be a wait especially when walking into a black owned place of business. However, the issue came about when it was clear no one wanted to do it. Somebody even stated they had somewhere to be. We showed ourselves out. Mind you, I have been here before without any issues. I just moved from another state and hadnt had these issues North Of Dallas is proving to be an issue when it comes to black owned nail shops. We ended up patronizing a nail salon that was not black owned.

        My first time here and I was with my best friend. Kittie & Vicious were the besttheir service, the atmosphere, and the customer service were all on-point. We both got pedicures. I got the basic pedicure but Vicious still provided high quality service. We had a great time and will definitely be backit is worth it to support these beautiful Sistahs. We had a great time!

      We don’t have any men in the salon. I advised you the policy on repairs was 3 days. However you reached out and asked us to repair it for free after you left the review and outside of the 3 day window. Your review also stated plural nails but when you reached out you said it was a single nail to me that’s dishonest

      I apologize for the misunderstanding. The girl that stated she had somewhere to be is not an employee, she was helping out. We were simply busy on Saturday and short staffed. I remember you from previously. I hope you won’t let this misunderstanding deter you from coming back. We truly value your business
