Venetian Nail Spa (Legacy West)

Place looks nice. But I had zero confidence in the woman doing my pedicure. She didnt clean under or around my nails at all until I said something. Didnt want to scrub the dead skin off of my feet and said you have basically none which was actually the REASON I wanted a pedicure. Poor massage as well. Plus they try to upcharge EVERYTHING. Will not return to this location. Higher prices and low expectations.

Terrible experience. From the manager to the nail technician I really wanted to like this place because I get my nails done every 2 weeks and I live on the strip. I made an appointment for 4:30pm. No one understood what I wanted. They did my toes (we were of to a good start) but then I waited 25 minutes for them to start my manicure at the end of the wait they told me the dip nail technicians had gone home & I could no longer get a manicure the manger didnt care at all she didnt even try to make my experience any better. Very disappointed with their customer service over all. Mind you I made an appointment at 4:30pm & was told I couldnt get my manicure at 6:20pm google says they close at 7:30. Waste of my time

we did a walk-in appointment ~ and they asked us to come at the said time. After arriving on time they made us wait for 30-45mins while other customers and ones who came after us were attended first. Pedicures are more important Im guessing lol Post the wait ~ two technicians rushed through doing our nails and we got a dip and extension with fill colour (full set); didnt trim my nails or anything just cleansed and started the dipping process. Its been two weeks~ my nails started chipping off after a week and and the finishing was just bad (didnt realise till when I got to my new place and they treated my nails like it shouldve been). Wouldnt recommend.

Jennifer is our go to nail tech. She is great. Venetian is very reasonable for location and quality of service.
