Alexanders Moving

I used them to move but I had an appointment so I told them to move my stuff and take it to my new location, so sad that they left my belongings behind because I wasnt there. When I discovered this I call the manager and she promised to refund me some money to apologize and compensate me but to my surprise she refused to answer my calls for over one week now. I called her with another number and she hanged up on me immediately I told her it was me speaking. Please and please dont use them. The guys working for them now have turned to something else most especially Alex. Attached are the evidence of my experience. Those are what they left behind.

I had a wonderful experience with this moving company, they were incredibly fast and efficient. Best moving experience Ive had. Very responsive via FB Messenger and the best prices around (I did a lot of research before choosing this company). Juan & Eric were my movers, thank you for your professionalism! Would recommend this company to anyone needing a move within the DFW area.

I thought I had put my review on their site but it went on Google, this is the best company. They unloaded my furniture in June of 2021 and I was so very happy with them, my niece is moving and I definitely recommended them and they will be calling them next month for their move in July. They are the best. I really appreciated all they did had 2 guys and believe me they got it done with no problems. Thank you again!!!!!!!!!!
