Two Men and a Truck

I called two men and a truck company and was in need of last minute move for the next day and they were able to schedule me. The two men that move my items were very professional and answered all my questions! David R and Joel G are the best!! I will most definitely use company again!

Blocked my driveway and refused to move forward when I had groceries in the car. They could move forward just a bit by pulling in the ramp, but that was apparently too hard.

We've used them previously for a move and they took great care of some very sentimental furniture. This time around we needed to get rid of a couch and they may have cost a little more than other junk removal places but they're worth it. On time, professional, friendly. I don't think I'll ever use another company for moving or junk removal services.

Horrible experience and worse customer care service ever!! I was expecting Two Men to take 4 to 6 hours to move my one bedroom apartment less than 5 miles. Instead, I got only one man who worked hard. The other man was busy chatting me up and wrapping my furniture like he was avoiding being stung by wasps. Then he dropped 3 boxes and had the nerve to say dont worry nothing broke The company did reimburse me for everything he broke. But since I was paying by the hour and only had myself and Jerry working hard it took All Day to get it done. The other dude then had the nerve to ask for a tip. I tipped Jerry by using Venmo. The dude that dropped boxes and did very little work wanted cash.no paper trail!!! But I said I didnt have cash. The company refuses to reimburse me for the extra time it took for me and Jerry to get the job done. The dude that wasnt working kept having me sign documents on his handheld tablet all day long. I should have refused until he started working harder.lesson learned. I am 66 years old and worked harder than the man who broke my most precious Christmas ornament and other items. I will never use them again. They are NOT members of the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware!!!!
