Freedom Mortgage is the WORST Mortgage Company I have ever dealt with.

This is the worst group of corrupt mortgage holders. They calculate escrow for a year (12 months) without even adding 1 penny of the thousands of dollars they are already holding in escrow. They just calculate the amount they will pay out and divide that by 12 as if you have zero dollars in escrow. When in truth, they are hording more of your money in escrow already than is legally allowed.

April 9th 2024 My loan was sold to Freedom Mortgage from Arvest mortgage in March of 2024. I read some of the reviews about Freedom Mortgage and it did not look good. Let me give you peirce of mind. Freedom Mortgage according to me are OUTSTANDING. I have contacted them a number of times to making sure they received my first mortgage payment and checked with there Insurance Department to make sure they received my new insurance for 2024/2025. Everyone I have spoken to at Freedom Mortgage were outstanding, helpful and extremely pleasant and noligable. Every question I have asked them were answered. They take there time and listen to all your concerns. I would highly recommend Freedom Mortgage to a friend or family member. I give them a 10 plus. God Bless Michael Stre*****

Hate them. They bought my loan from another company. Can never give me straight answers and blame everything on the "onboarding process" from buying your loan.

This company has done a very very very vexing job of supporting two veterans during an assumption loan. We started in November 2023 and they refused to even give a look until January 2024. After taking a quick glance at our assumption, they started stalling every week and until this day still have not completed the loan, even though the buyer is pre-approved. They cant even get a clean title; that is clean! Veterans are not supported by this company; at least not us!
