I met Mark through my amazing realtor, Joan Davis. She was the best, and anyone she recommends - I would trust wholeheartedly. Joan spoke very highly of Mark so naturally, I went with him as my lender for my first home. And Joan was spot on about all of Marks awesomeness. He and his associate (Jessica) were both amazing. - Understood all my financial needs and concerns when it came to my monthly payment - Knowledgeable - Stellar communication - Patient with all my questions (sometimes I asked some pretty dumb questions but Mark and Jessica were both very professional, knowledgeable, and sympathetic) - Closing was spot on! And on time! I am so thankful and grateful Joan led me to Marks team.

Mark and his team made this process so easy! As first time home buyers, there was a lot of questions to be answered and they provided quick responses and detailed explanations for anything and everything. They set us up for success with our new home and continue to provide support with anything we need after the closing process. 5 stars is not a high enough rating to how much we appreciate and enjoy going through this wonderful team!

The Karetskiy Team was absolutely incredible! They were able to get us the best option for us and fully approved within days, which was a very valuable piece to our offer being accepted.
