Brandon went above and beyond! As first time home buyers navigating a new build and when to lock our loan was a hard decision. Brandon weighed the pros/cons with us making it easier to make the call. On top of that he was our ally through multiple closing date push backs. Communicating with our builder, title co, insurance, appraisers and more ensuring our close went smoothly and fighting for our needs. He worked with a variety of lenders to put us in the best situation/rate and because of his stellar relationships with them was able to save us a lot of money on our extensions. Through a very stressful time it was great to have someone so knowledgeable and responsive in our corner. 10/10 would recommend him for any refinancing or buying needs.
