        Customer service there may be knowledgeable about Apple phone hardware, but do not seem to be knowledgeable about other potential issues. What turned out to be a SIM card replacement needed was going to cost me $35 to run diagnostics and no mention it could be a SIM card issue. They were ready for me to order a new phone from them! I recommend those with an AppleCare warranty to seek Apple customer service directly through the app, and if any connection issues, go to your carrier first.

        I brought in my Macbook for a battery replacement as there was a recall on it. They were straightforward and I was notified as soon as it was ready.

        Horrible service. Went in for a problem with my AirPods and was charged a diagnostic fee. I found out the next day that Apple doesnt charge one and they didnt inform me of that. When I came to pick them up the guy working said hell be with me in a second and I could hear him playing video games in the back. Then after that they couldnt even find the problem with the AirPods and refused to refund the fee.

        Wanted to charge $75 to run diagnostics and that doesnt even cover fixing it.. didnt make any sense since apple will do that all FOR FREE! Dont be fooled

        They have excellent service and made this process smooth. Nothing worse than a crushed phone, but having them as a go to is the best option. Dylan has been wonderful.
