    If I could give zero stars for my most recent experience I would. We sat down, first server comes by greets us and asks us for our drink order. So were sitting waiting and we are waiting long enough to where 3 other servers passed by our table asking us if they can take our drink order, we tell him 2 waters and a bottle of sake. I think 20 minutes had passed since the first server got our drink order. I look and see hes talking to the manager and then goes to the back to assign names to a sheet on the wall. So since I saw he made an executive decision not to take care of us, I walked up to one of the other servers that had gone to check on us and asked him if he could take care of us because our original server was not. He asked who our server was and I let him know and the server finally comes out with our waters but lets us know the sake we want is not available. I ask if I can have their specialty strawberry margarita and he says thats not available. So then I ordered a coconut mojito and my friend got a beer. The bartender comes back to our table, and lets us know they also dont have the coconut flavor available for the mojito and asks if I would like a mango instead and I oblige because Im pretty easy going, I just really wanted a drink by this point. We order the edamame, and sashimi apps and then we also order yakisoba noodles with chicken. The noodles that came out were ramen and not buckwheat that the yakisoba should be. We let the server know and he apologized and we ask if we can have the chicken soba noodles instead. Those come out and they are overcooked and me and my friend just give up. They DID NOT take off the udon noodle dish even though we had barely picked at it because it was inedible. I then decide to use their restroom and reach, no toilet paper. Someone was nice enough to hand me some and I go to flush the toilet, it wont flush. I could not get out of that place fast enough. And not to mention, the manager didnt even stop over one time after EVERYTHING that happened. I can say it was an experience thats for sure and I will be telling EVERYONE about it and to NEVER visit this location EVER.

    I would usually rate the food here around a 4 and service a 2 or 3. Make sure if you visit ASK FOR LEON! He will take the overall experience from a 3 to a 5. He made me feel like I was in a fine dining experience and will definitely come back. Thanks again Leon!

    It was severely subpar. They first tried to seat us at a hightop, mind you there are tables open and one person in our 4 person party is a very tall mam and two of us are small, do these tables just don't seat comfortably. We asked for a table and they found a table to seat us at, but why start with a high top? Next, we met our waiter, Diego. He was fine, but seemed a bit distracted. He took our drink orders a d food order, which we thought was fine at the time. The food took quite a while to come out, as did the damage. In that time, it was also very windy, so we had to ask for them to close the doors because it was blowing the chopsticks and other looser things off of the table, and we didn't want to risk it blowing our food off when it came. Our candle was even out before we sat, as we're many seated near these doors. When our food finally arrived, one of our meals which was supposed to be steak and shrimp came out as steak and chicken. Our waiter was nowhere to be seen after we tried it and found out, so we had to call another waiter over to help. He then left for a moment to check the order and discovered it was input incorrectly. He then proceeded to ask if he should take it back, but we had waited so long amd the entree was for someone in our party that cannot medically wait longer than they had to eat. The steak in it was also quite tiny. He said that the charge for shrimp and chicken is the same - $1. We took his word for that. We found out at the end that they charged $3.50. Not a significant difference, but another step in the wrong direction. Mind you Diego never came to apologize for this, nor did a manager visit our table or offer a resolution, like maybe removing the extra charge for a meat that their staff input incorrectly? He did, however, visit a table of other guests with a different complexion... Instead of addressing this with solutions that wouldn't cause someone that has to eat by a certain time for medical reasons to wait longer, it was put on the guest in the most awkward way to where they would appear rude if they asked. This whole experience was terrible, and we were all made to feel terribly awkward the entire meal. Even when the restrooms weren't working, they made it feel like it was our own problem and not that their restroom was out of order. It's just not a comfortable dining experience, and especially not worth the valie they've placed on any of it. We tipped out of discomfort and confusion, but we do, in fact, regret it and even stepping foot in the establishment. Additionally, the norm for the hand wrap was stale and very hard to bite through. The steak and (what was supposed to be shrimp) chicken rice was quite salty and overly oily. The only good roll was the Adults Only roll, but the entire experience was not worth the time amd cost. Please do not leave a generic reply that we can "contact you via [insert email that will never be answered]. If we have to contact anyone, it should be directly to correct and address these issues.
