        We waited outside the store for almost 20 minutes after they were supposed to open before giving up and going away, they were getting ready inside but no one acknowledged us waiting out there; the staff doesn't care. Visited the Plano location 3/30, arrived 5 before open at 1:55 pm. Store was still closed 2:15 when we left.

      Hi Sergio, sorry for your most recent experience with us. There were 3 staff members there today and the doors were unlocked and opened. You were more than welcome to come in instead of waiting outside. We often get people from crumbls cookie next door hanging out on the bench in front our shop so the staff most likely just assumed you were either going to Crumbls or leaving from there. At any rate, we apologize for the confusion and hope you have a more welcoming experience if you ever do decide to revisit us.
