The drive thru went smoothly as always, except my total was not given to me prior to being told to "just come to the window." The food is the same. There is way too much pepper in both the mashed potatoes and gravy. You have to ask for both silverware and napkins if you want them. I'm glad I had my own in the vehicle, or I would not have given a 3 star rating at all. Dietary restrictions: If you need anything pureed, your only option is the mashed potatoes and gravy. There are no other menu options available for pureed diets.

Note sure if the workers were too lazy to serve me, if they were not trained on how to take an order of if I wasn't the correct race for the employees, what I am sure about is I waited 5 minutes and had several employees look at me before acting as if I wasn't there.

I had chicken express the other day and got their spicy chicken tenders, rolls, fries, and jalapeo poppers. The chicken was pretty good as the breading had some good spice too it and crisp. One thing i didnt like is the lack of moisture and juiciness in the chicken. The jalapeo poppers were great. The creaminess of the cheese and the crisp of the breading and hint of spice for the jalapeo poppers made me feel tingly inside (in a good way). I would definitely go back and just eat like 30 of them. The rolls were nothing special. I wish there was butter or it was toasted or something. The fries were extremely average with no crisp and no exceeding flavor.
