Dr. Moore was very kind, and took the time to listen to all my symptoms and concerns. He made me feel heard and cared for. That's rare nowadays to find a great doctor in healthcare. Thank you Dr. Gerald Moore!

The two stars are for Dr. Moore. He is an absolute gem; hes kind, caring, patient, and thorough. The staff and the way the facility is run, on the other hand, is a nightmare. No one knows what theyre doing. They make us schedule unnecessary appointments and charge an excessive amount to wait in the waiting room over an hour just for the doctor to say same as last year. And when you actually need something they just want to waste your time and squeeze you for another co-pay. When I tell you my kid needs an epi pen refill and Ive been in your office for a Dr visit in the last year, I know its not a matter of insurance protocol. Its greed and negligence. Get better staff. Use better practices that are about patient care and not another dollar.

Terrible customer service and you cannot get to the nurses easily. You will have to be so patient to deal with these people. God bless them they have so many other important things to do other than the patient.

Appointment at 2.00 we came at 1.30 to find the door locked! Not even any stool or chair to sit outside. Really pathetic in this regard. Time ticks past 1.30 and many minutes pass and still no one to unlock the doors. Finally someone comes and opens the doors at around 1.40, no smile, no apology for delay, nothing. Once inside, it was okay though. The receptionist and the doctor were nice and warm.
