Fast, on schedule to my scheduled appointment and the technician was very courteous. I loved the ease of check in via a text that was sent to me.

AI89137158ZB, if it helps, I made my appointment for 3:30 pm, I checked in early and the que showed 2 names before myself, I go in room 3 with the lady and she pulls and asks questions about my regular doctor that pulled from March of 2023 ( this is 2024 ) it was irrelevant to my visit for today. So it created confusion and not trust feeling as they are pulling info that does not need to pull up. Then she takes me to the lobby again for someone to take me to do my test. Well he is with two walk ins that they took between myself and the two men in the que. I asked the man why do I have to wait after two walk ins when I did all possible and right to be done quick. He stated they had appointments. I know better, the location left a bad taste of trust and credibility in me. No apologies, no honest explanations just rough dry attitude from both.
