The staff were very rude during my last visit. I had to do labs and it took the worker 4 times to stick me. It should not have been that tough. I would think people in this line of work would be more compassionate but that is not the case here. I do not recommend.

Dr Paul Anthony is thorough and all of the staff has excellent customer service from the top down. My husband and I have been patients for over 15 years and when he passed in January I received a hand written note from Dr Anthony with sincere sympathy and compassion.

If you're a senior and need a really good primary care doctor and clinic, look no more cause this is the place!! I've dealt with this place for more than 15 years now. First with my mother medical needs, then when I was in need myself I figured heck they took such good care of my mother, there's no reason to think that they wouldn't do the same for me. And I haven't regretted my choice for one second. The staff at Texas Health Adult Care truly cares about their patients wellbeing100%!! And they know how to listen to them too. They work with you in making decisions about how you want your treatment to be. Whether you have a specific concern or it's just a follow up visit they always listen to what your saying and then will discuss with you the options available to give you the best treatment to get you well and keep you well ! I know a lot of people get nervous or intimidated when going to see the doctor, but that won't happen here. All the doctor's are top notch and the rest of the staff are very professional and friendly. Why not give them a try? Promise you won't regret it!

My experience with ths clinic has been very good. I have had no problems with getting them on the phone, and have always been able to get an appointment with the NP. My only criticism is that after 4 or 5 months with this practice I have still not my PCP. I have only seen the NP. However, I have not had any emergencies, just routine visits. I do like the NP, though.

I was highly recommended to Dr. Attmore here and I waited 7 months to get in to establish me as a patient. I really liked her but I can never get in to see her or for that matter hardly anyone else. I was in on Monday and the PA told me to call if my symptoms got worse and Ive tried calling only being told I cant leave a message for a medical assistant or a nurse that I have to leave a message on the Texas health app. The app says it can take 48 hours to get an answer. I called back to try to explain my situation and was put on hold for 15 min only to be told the mailbox was full. I am going to look for a new doctor. No problem with the actual doctors because I have liked who Ive been able to see but their policies are terrible so I will go elsewhere.
