I wish there was like negative points, even one star is much more than enough. Worst doctor and staff ever. They had to send send letters to other doctors for my mom, and it took 2 months to send a correct one. Even the other doctors staff was shocked and said I have never seen such a thing. And it was not their only time. Next time it was the same, the only difference was the length and it was 2 weeks. Even We complained to the doctor Harandi and she did exactly nothing.

I've been a patient of Dr. Harandi and am thoroughly impressed. Her diagnostic skills are top-notch, and she shows genuine care and professionalism. Even I hate to give one Star. My parents have been her patients for a long time. The way she and her staff treated them made my parents to stop going there. My father was there yesterday and the wait time was so long. I realized that maybe you have to wait for 20 minutes extra but not an hour. When we brought up this issue to the Dr, she rudely said if you had to wait 2 hours that's OK too!!! Apparently, she does not know what the customer service is. Simple apology would solve everything. There are many medical professionals to choose from. and apparently to everyone gave them low star review they would say are u posting on wrong page, and no I am not posting on a wrong page
