        I enjoyed my time at this school. Few places offer the variety of classes you find here. Excellent techniques, strength training, and practical applications. Great for families with children of all ages as well. Highly recommend to anyone interested in learning Shaolin Kung Fu.

        I practiced Taiji starting as a complete beginner for about half a year before I moved away, and in that time I really learned a lot about the art. Sifu Travis was a really effective and awesome teacher and the lessons were always focused so you learn very quickly by just doing the forms. Anyone interested in martial arts will find an amazing teacher here.
