Victoria and the firm did absolutely no due diligence and threatend litigation for no reason. She then yelled at me over the phone when her petty intimidation tactics didnt work. Good luck working with a "firm" that does zero research prior to sending out demand letters

We had some trouble collecting on a commercial job. At our wits end about it. Shane took the information from me, and they got to work. This account was six months overdue, and I had a check in my hand 6 business days later. Another account was months overdue, and they collected that check as well. Shane and his team have been nothing but polite, professional and effective for me. Be careful with negative reviews for a company like this - obviously 50% of the people involved are not going to be happy when they do what they said they were going to do. Next time someone doesn't want to pay me, I know Shane is ready and willing to take care of it. I have no reservations recommending this company.
