Dr. Qing Jia

Run away from this unresponsive doctor/staff FAST. 3 appts over 3 + months and not seen or given test results even in office. Continually lied to patient and referring internist. Never a call back. Believe this is a medicare/insurance scam.

Two weeks ago, I went for a blood test after a surgery, but they did the wrong test and did not check my TSH level. I called four times, and the receptionist said she would leave a message for the nurse to call me back, but I never received any reply. Nobody told me why the blood test was done incorrectly, which is extremely irresponsible in patient care.

I started treatment in this clinic in the year 2022, and I can say that the specialist dr . Qing jia does not understand her specialty, and she will do everything in her power to get a high wage at the expense of the patients health. When you do blood work tests in the clinic, you will receive two invoices from the clinic and another from the external laboratory. I talked a lot about this issues but can't get it resolved for over a year . They will also add fees for a service they did not give you like (glucoses monitoring) and charges your health insurance. Stay away from this clinic.

Stopped coming here after she did little for my graves disease, refilled my thyroid medication for over a year without ever seeing me in person. Got a new endocrinologist while Dr.Jia still continued filling my script and out of the blue is saying she wont suddenly fill my script without seeing me while I have a weeks left of my current meds. Avoid this office and this doctor.
