Dr. Arash Tirandaz

Our whole family has been seeing Dr. Tirandaz for almost 17 years, during which time we introduced him to various new patients. He is great doctor to work with and provided great guidance to all the family members. In the last two years, setting up appointments for the annual has been a scheduling nightmare. They ended up canceling the appointment I had waited for months just three days before. Dr.Tirandaz is reducing hours, and they want to spread his patients across available ones, but this is not how long-term patients should be treated. Proper communication via the portal would have helped us make the right decision rather than dealing with this scheduling nightmare. Time to move on and find different options

Doctors are phenomenal, but the staff is terrible. They dont answer phones for hours. My insurance carrier called multiple extensions for hours to no avail. The billing team doesnt seem to know how insurance works and needs training. The staff in this office was once great. I was a patient for several years. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back.
