Hands down, best insurance agency ever. I mean, who likes paying for insurance? I sure don't. But dealing with Diana and Ron are like dealing with family (the kind you like anyways).Always responsive, fast with quotes, and best of all - they shoot you straight! A NO BS approach to customer service.I've been with them for years and have rolled all my coverages under them. I mean hell, I trust them with my life (insurance).

So. The obligatory caveat - I only write reviews when youre on the end of the spectrum. Judging by the stars above, you know which direction this one swings. I hate insurance and I generally dislike all the insurance people I have dealt with over the years. Then, here comes Ronald and Diana into my life. I own several small businesses, rental properties, etc, so Ive spent a pretty penny on insurance. Through Fouche, specifically Ron & Diana, Ive managed to save enough money through insurance alone to fund a new property! Anyways, they are incredible. I never have to wonder whats happening - they efficiently and sufficiently communicate with me regarding all policy business and man, they are hound dogs at resolving claims. I couldnt ask for a better team. To make things better, they both have incredible telephone voices. Unfortunately, I havent had the pleasure to meet them in person, though I long for the day. Switching to Fouche was hands down the best insurance Ive made in my life. Buying insurance turned into an investment for me!

If you need an agent that will focus on your insurance needs, talk to Diana and Ron! I was with Allstate for years without ever hearing from my agent and only watching my rates increase. Thanks to Diana and Ron, I found out I was under insured on my house and over-paying for my auto. They increased my home coverage, moved my auto, added an personal umbrella and business coverage and I am still paying a lot less than I was at Allstate!! Thanks to Diana and Ron I feel that I am adequately insured and happy with my rates.
