Kristie Barrett: Allstate Insurance

Left several Messages for Kristie Barretts office, Not once this owner has cared to call me back to address ss any of my issues. Sent her an email. Not once she got back from me. They do not comply and listen to their to the customers. Come on folks Her staff having many issues holds back info, doesnt care to correct mistakes, misinforms, payments. Wow ! This is not caring about customers and truly falls under deceptive practices breach of agreement contractually as my insurance agent. I wouldve given 0 to this lady not a ring to call. She is always busy and doesnt care to call her client. Manager said one thing and did not follow up and I was misinformed. They forget They wide down the info on the cheat sheet and loose them. They are crazy expensive when compared to other Allstate agents. Even worse is their customer service is very rude. When I called them to ask a reason for the increase, instead of giving any explanation their representative rudely said to go for other company. This is after I have been with them for 3+ years. Allstate is good but try to go for an agent which has better service or if they have an improved service.

Not good. Even if you never make a claim and give them more business, the price just goes up and they blame you and the Texas storms. And we have like 6 policies. And when you need help trying to figure out why your policy has doubled for NO reason, they arent helpful and just say thats the way it is. Fact.
