I have to call the corporate number to get anything done.
Update to the generic reply leftv
This was the existing problem with Christopher, not after I asked to switch... and why I asked to switch agents. As stated... Didn't even bother to call and ask why or attempt to keep my business. Still no follow up 1 year later and zero attempts by anyone at liberty mutual to resolve the issue or assign a new agent. Leaving and going back to previous insurance carrier.
