We have the worst experience at this nasty horrible place. They also still elderly money A well when they go to therapy $100 dollars. My mother n law blood sugar to got to 519 and they would not call an ambulance. Knowing that she a diabetic patient which she takes dialysis and hook up every night. We had take matters in our own hand and rush her to a real hospital. They also laughed about what we were doing. Also wanted to fight my spouse. Saying the following procedures. Waiting on test to come back. Which she was very vibrant and there so call nurse said something was wrong because of her vibrantness. Which after arrival at regular hospital they put her in icu. The doctors said if you wiukd not had came this would be worsier possibly stroke. We found out she had cdef which comes from dirty area and poop. This Makes you nauseous and loose bowels. She was not able to speak and also if caught flu. They gave her medication for pain on an empty stomach also at compass she hadnt ate in 2 days . They give you a jail tv that doesnt work thru dont answer the phone lines . All while sick the day we took matters into our own hands. They had a pot luck. They were not answering phones my love ones were trying yo check in. If you have a love one do not I repeat do not take them to this nasty unprofessional thieving place . You will regret and possible lose a love one . This isnt the last time they hear from us. This place should be shut down permanently. Fyi I warned you..

My mom was at this place I suppose mainly for wound treatment. (The insurance did not cover a specialty place.) If your loved one is in bad health, this isnt a great place to go. My mother started slurring her words while my dad was there. The nurse dismissed it as nausea. She died. It was a stroke. When my father asked if she was responsive during wound treatment, the nurse claimed she was. Similar to when you pick up a dying/dead animal and think your motion is its own. Realistically we didnt have much time but I never even got to say goodbye to her. Most of the patients are senile. My mother wasnt. Its a prime example of why having a nurse oversee a select group of patients (and those patients always get the same nurse) is important. It was important she was acting abnormally. If you have a family member that has to go to this facility and he/she starts acting weird, do not hesitate to call 911. Ignore what any nurse says. Go with your gut instinct.

Please do not go here for your elderly family members if theyre nonverbal or have dementia. They discharged my great grandma (who has a painful decaying foot) when she wasnt supposed to (the surgeon himself told us that she wasnt supposed to be discharged) and didnt bother to aid us with any transportation even though places we called to get transportation told us that they do. There was a few more problems added too.. I would really love to speak to an HR manager because this is ridiculous.
