Home Instead has been a blessing! I moved my grandmother to live with me a year ago and had no ideas how I was going tobe able to manage. Home Instead have been able to provide me the help I needed. They have been very flexible with finding the right match for my grandmother and our family. The caregivers truly care and are on top all my grandma's needs. They even remind me when I am running low on personal supplies or even groceries. This is a huge help, especially for someone like me that is learning how to care for an elder. Highly recommend this agency.

I cannot say enough about how great our experience has been with Home Instead. The Plano office staff has been consistently thorough and responsive. They listen carefully to our needs and concerns and make every effort to meet them going above and beyond. They have been flexible when changes are needed in the schedule or care plan. And our caregiver has been simply amazing. She is so kind, caring and attentive you can tell this is much more than just a job for her. She genuinely, obviously loves my parents. When my Dad passed away recently, she came to the funeral on her own time and cried along with us, helping to comfort our mom. In our eyes, she is and will remain a beloved member of our family.
