        This agency was formerly known as Nurse Next Door. Ever since it has been called Harmony, they have been poorly run. My last caregivers who were assigned to me before I left were unprofessional. If backup is provided by office staff, it is based on their schedule not the clients. Communication between management to client vs management to caregiver also did not align.

        Great place to work and, from what I have witnessed, great place to take care of elderly and/or disabled loved ones. Owner/staff really seem to care about employees and clients. Good communication. Someone always available to answer or return calls, texts or emails.
