Do not hesitate to use Steady House. We're in the process of getting our house ready to sell and reached out to 5 foundation companies. Steady House was so much less, which concerned us. We reached out to previous customers to confirm their work held up, and every single person sang their praises, including realtors that have used them multiple times. From Bradley that came out initially, to Jeremy the manager, they stayed in constant contact, answered questions on the weekend, and assured us along the way. We will use them on our next home because we will get honesty and integrity.

Ive been working with quite a few companies to sort out some issues with my home, steady house has provided the best customer service so far. The initial report they provide is great on its own. They dont over pressure to purchase a full foundation report even though its a great price. Jeremy did a great job breaking things down and answering any questions I had. He also had great suggestions for my specific situation. Kudos to Jeremy for his great customer service.
