Dr. Satish takes my HMO and is my PCP. I have found her extremely helpful and accessible. She's a nice person and really wants to help you, which is rare. Glad I found her.

Very impressed with this smart thorough Doctor, already told a couple of my friends to go there, if she accepts. All my concerns and requests got addressed fast, I even learned some things no Dr ever told before. Very pleasant other staff, clean new bldg, good further referrals.

It has been the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I did not feel treated as a patient and less as a human being

This past appointment was, by far, the weirdest appointment I've ever had with a medical professional. My appointment was at 3:45. I did have to wait a bit (which I don't mind doing) and was led to the back where the exam rooms are. The nurse told me "the last door on the left", which I went to. Come to find out, this was NOT an exam room; this was the doctor's actual office. I hadn't even sat down at a chair before the questions about where my past medical history was, and had I done the blood panel recommended from the last visit (I saw the nurse practitioner while sick with a fever, which is a different story). Mind you, I haven't sat down, the nurse had the office door ajar, everyone in the hallway could hear what was going on, and there was someone else (an assistant I think) with the doctor at her desk. I'm still unsure exactly what she wanted. I repeated I have no control over when my previous GP sendsy medical history, which seemed to pacify the doctor somewhat (she still was pretty pushy). I will give her credit that she did listen to my concerns, but I'm still sitting in a regular office chair across from her physical desk; I've never had a physical exam while seated in that type of chair, and it makes me seriously question the integrity of the professional giving the exam. They have these wonderful things called "exam rooms" where such exams are meant to take place. It was so extremely weird to have this type of appointment in that setting, not to mention the added random person in the room. I'll never go back, and I'm almost questioning if I should contact the state board of licensure.
