Dr. Ibrahim is very knowledgeable and personable. I was so grateful to be seen same day and he was very thorough to explain his diagnosis and treatment approach. He was so comforting and quick to smile! Thank you so much for such quality care.

This is the worse Dr and staff that I have ever had any dealings with in my 50 plus years. First of the staff is the worse, rudest, nastiest excuse for office staff and medical assistant that I have ever spoken to. The tone is as if you are asking for something for free and how I am told you are treating at a government agency. The Dr is all about the $. He replaced the previous Dr and saw my husband and did not review his medications to see what was working what possibly needed a refill etc. My husband ran out of an anti depression medication that there is a clear warning that you should not stop taking cold turkey. Himself and this office played games with the pharmacy for almost a month to final say, "He has to be seen by the DR in order to refill." No problem, but can you call in a temporary script so that he is not without it any longer? The response was aggression. I would not bring my grandson's pet gecko here for treatment and will be reporting to whomever that I need to and the medical board. My husbands health is not up for compromise as we were told that they were trying to do, with 3 stents in his heart, blood pressure issues etc. with an office that only cares about a co pays. BEWARE!!!!! SO THAT THERE IS NO QUESTION AS TO WHO I AM SPEAKING OF TEXAS HEALTH PLANO AND DR MOHAMMED IBRAHIM. We wont even go there about the DR's bedside manners, it would be a book after 1 visit!!!!!!!!!

Dr Ibrahim is the most inconsiderate Physician I have ever had. He literally never had a definitive answer for anything, if you make an appointment with him be prepared to wait a minimum of 45 minutes to see him after the appointment time. Needless to say I am over his practice and will be transferring. I would not recommend him to anyone.
