        Im am very upset and disappointed! I made a doctors appointment A WEEK prior.I was sent paperwork and completed it days before my appointment the day of my appointment I got several notifications asking if I will be there I said yes to each confirmation. I drove 34 minutes to my appointment. I walked in 8 minutes before my appointment just for them to tell me they dont take my insurance! Thats is very frustrating because I submitted my insurance card upon request from the practice. nobody called or reached out before my appointment to tell me, they dont accept my insurance . I wasted time gas and mental space. I am very very upset and will never return! That was so unprofessional and distasteful.

        Dr. Williams is an amazing doctor. I have found so much peace from her holistic wellness approach and feel like I can finally address my chronic health/bioenergetic issues.

      We apologize for the inconvenience regarding your insurance and we regret that you had to take off of work with your two young children that we had the pleasure of meeting when you arrived. We explained that we didn't accept your specific insurance plan. With that being said, the insurances that we accept are listed on our website from which you booked yourself. Your insurance company is not listed on our site at all. As far as the paperwork, it is automated and sent by the system itself upon booking, including the confirmations and we do not get notifications to see if appointments were confirmed. To address the completion of your paperwork, it was not completed days prior as you claim, it was completed at 1:27am the day of your appointment. We verify insurance the business day prior. Being that your appointment was today (Monday) we would not have been able to verify that in a timely manner. We do appreciate that you considered our clinic and again apologize for any inconvenience. Moving forward you may consider calling your insurance company themselves or simply contact the office to see if a provider you are considering is in network with your plan.
