        Stan was super awesome from the moment I arrived. Very accommodating and attentive to my needs. Took great care of me. 10/10 customer service from him. He is single-handedly responsible for the 3 star rating cause outside of Stan the rest of my experience was downhill . I had a few issues with my room but the hotel staff addressed it, even though, one of the staff members didnt acknowledge my issue. Smells kept seeping in the first room and second was noisy. I was also disturbed that housekeeping asked me to leave the room while she cleaned but I noticed she didnt ask any other guests when I asked them if this was normal for them or happened to them. The reason she gave me was because she was shy. Idk what made her nervous with me and my family vs every other family in the hotel. My kids and wife were there. Which made us feel very uncomfortable. Other than that, breakfast was awesome. I was here on business and vacation with the family and extended family. Dont think Ill stay here again.
