Im in no way shape or form saying I was a star or golden employee but I did try when I had my job. They said they were extending my contract for a month and only extended it for a WEEK with no notice I was let go before I was promised. They denied my benefits because in the contract it states within seven days after departure, you must contact HR or else its a voluntary quit Im sorry WHAT? Yes granted READ THE DAMN CONTRACT when signing but how in the hell is that fair?! I didnt keep the equipment for myself, I didnt try and hack any systems, or mess anything up, again, EVERYTHING WAS returned. I did everything else you asked and youre denying unemployment benefits because I quit SMH. The recruiter that was assigned to me was very transparent until it came time to fire me. My last day was HELL! My stats showed for my last month was at 93 and some change when I needed to be at 95 which I was the month prior. They throw SO MUCH at you expect you to move mountains only to constantly get yelled at by people who think you have the power to do X, Y and Z when in reality you dont, and when they ask for a supervisor they are A. NOWHERE to be found, or B. ask multiple questions and almost avoid talking to the members or ask so many questions that you will hang up in the process. Its so ridiculous! BC FORWARD has been the best recruiting company I have worked with since then and has gotten more accomplished within two days vs the month and a half it took them at A-Line Staffing.
