Hi Prateek,We always appreciate feedback, but certainly wish you would have just reached out to a member of our team so we could talk in person. Our records indicate that you have improved your scores with us— throughout the many practice tests that you've taken, the lowest improvement was 90 points. And when we average all of those practice tests, your overall improvement averages out to 159 points. Those same records indicate that we've recommended on several different occasions that you take full advantage of our personalized review process so that you could learn from some of the mistakes that you're making on those tests to possibly avoid making some of the same mistakes again. If you're still planning on taking more national tests, we'd certainly be ready to help in any way.
