        Not actually open 24/7 like their Google Maps hours says

        Made an appointment for a Covid vaccine for 9/12/2023. The appointment was made on 9/16. I arrive only to be told that they hadn't thawed out the vaccines so they did not have one available for me. They've known I was coming for 6 days but they didn't bother to have it ready? Furthermore, they have my contact information. Was it too much trouble to notify me before I wasted a trip. BTW, I know of someone else who had a similar experience.
