Absolutely love this dentistry! The dentist is amazing, but the front office staff is even MORE amazing! They helped me set up me and my children's dental plans with no issue and that worked inside my budget!

Absolutely love coming to my dental appointments and seeing Dr. ZERBY and his team! The front office girls are so kind and I love having a dentist that actually knows what he's doing. He answered all of my questions about my teeth and is very knowledgeable! Thank you Dr. ZERBY for being amazing!

Disappointing Experience with Ideal Dental: Poor Front Desk Service I recently had a very disappointing experience with Ideal Dental during my routine orthodontist Invisalign procedure follow-up. As a long-term patient who has already invested approximately $4000 in this procedure, I was shocked and frustrated by the lack of professionalism and customer service exhibited by their front desk staff. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was informed that my insurance was not active and that I would need to pay $300 out of pocket before being seen by the dentist. Despite my insistence that my insurance was indeed active, the staff member insisted that I pay the fee and wasted further time arguing with me. Feeling pressured and running out of time due to work commitments, I reluctantly paid the $300 out of pocket just to proceed with my appointment. However, after following up with my insurance provider and contacting Ideal Dental again, it was discovered that my insurance was indeed active, and the $300 fee had been erroneously charged. This experience has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed with Ideal Dental's front desk administration. As a loyal patient undergoing a nine-month-long procedure, I believe that I should not have been subjected to such unnecessary obstacles and delays. It is clear that there is a need for better training and communication among the front desk staff to ensure that patients are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve. I sincerely hope that Ideal Dental takes steps to address this issue and improve their customer service standards moving forward. Patients should feel confident and valued when visiting their dental office, and my experience fell far short of these expectations.
