First rate service! I cannot begin to explain how comfortable and easy Dr.Icenhower and his wife made me feel. They really went above and beyond to make sure they were able to see me before I left for vacation. Cannot say enough good things.

TERRIBLE!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS! SAVE YOUR TIME, AND MONEY. They are not only flaky, but the quality of work is horrendous. I am not sure how they are still in business!! I have been dealing with them for over a year about my 4 implants, it is ridiculous! Not only am I out of $1200 (just for the implants), but my implants don't fit, and they are crooked. The fillings they did have somehow came out and it caused me to have an abscess. So very painful, and they wouldn't make it right, and charged me again to have them re-filled. I have learned my lesson, and I have moved on to more qualified Dentist, Dental Assistants and Periodontist.

This dentist was not reliable at all. I Had made appointment with him over 3 months ,8 different times for same purpose: check up and cleaning. He canceled my appointment every time! The office called me the same day my appointment supposed to be. There were couple of times I did not know until I showed up at the office! There were some of the excuses: we had pluming problem . we needed a deep clean for the office. the Doctor had meeting. He had family emergency .... At first, I thought its okay. Things happens. After all those time, I realized that he was not respect his patients time at all. I had never met anyone like that work in dentistry fields. Unbelievable! After all, I had to change doctor.... But I think I need share my experience with this dentist. By the way, I did not count the cancellations that COVID related. I understood the natural of that since I am a nurse and worked in a very busy hospital.
