I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Jung. I had very little pain or swelling thanks to Dr. Jung taking the time to be careful, thorough, and kind to complete the work. His staff was so helpful with providing details for caring at home and with billing. I highly recommend Dr. Jung to family, friends, and anyone needing oral surgery.

I called the office recently to ask if they take my insurance and the lady that answered the call did not know. She was not very knowledgeable and sounded very rude. Very bad first impression.

Usually I am terrified of all dentists. I think I have just found my new dentist. Every visit Dr. Jung takes time to explain what he is going to do and takes care to make sure that procedures are not painful. His office is clean and quiet. And when he works with you, he doesnt run from patient to patient but is fully present.

I had wisdom teeth removal on the lower right site yesterday. It was a difficult case, and Dr Jung did a great job on it. What's more, he uses Platelet-Rich Plasma to fill the socket, which prevents dry sockets and enhances the recovery process. I don't feel pain the second day, and can almost eat normally now.

in past 20+ years, I have been to approx 15+ dentists across the country (8 of dallas area) for what started with a basic bite issue due to loss of 1 teeth. Instead of trying to treat accordingly, they had unnecessarily extracted 2 other teeth, did numerous gum surgeries, grinded many a teeth down, signed-off of as TMJ or Sinus issue (resulting in 2 unwarranted sinus surgeries) etc. Dr Jung was the one to proactively do what was expected right, to my surprise,and that has helped me recover my oral health to a great extent in a span of 4 months. Also, he was sincere to use the imaging tools and making sure the crowns are done right. As much as I wish I had known him earlier, I highly recommend him if you may have any oral issues.
